Well, the site first began as a concept, and as a quest for a definition. What does it mean to be a Snout? A Snout, to me, can mean a lot of things. I first sought out Murderous Mary, the Erwin elephant known for killing a man and enduring one of the most cruel acts of animal history: a hanging. On the way I met several people and shared my experiences with them. I became obsessed with Mary, but, after indulging in several weeks of elephant lore, I decided to let her memory rest. I will never forget.
Now I do whatever. Since I don’t really understand the purpose of this blog, there isn’t much form to it anymore. All I can say is I hope you enjoy at least something on here.
